    The mind-body connection is a powerful force. The mind and body are designed to be allies, working in sync to maximize our physical and mental health. But sometimes they work against each other. Mind-body techniques focus on strengthening the connection between the two to maintain and improve overall health.

    An integrated approach can help heal from addiction or traumatic events, teaching our minds and bodies to support each other. Traumatic events in our life are often at the root of our anxiety, depression, addiction, and/or other behaviors and they often can’t be resolved through the mind alone, the body also needs ways to release these memories. Affinity Health & Wellness is bringing various modalities together to facilitate an integrative healing experience.
