Emily Flosi, LCSW
I have experience working in mental health-related services since 2008 in both the public and private sector. I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Compassion Fatigue, and Nutritional Psychology. I have had the opportunity to facilitate and lead training in the subjects of trauma, anxiety and depression, parenting adolescents, and professional burnout. It is my passion to help people find their way to living a peaceful and fulfilled life. I truly believe we are all a work in progress, constantly growing and changing with our experiences and circumstances.
